Remember Scott Baio from the sitcoms Happy Days, Joanie Loves Chachi, and Charles in Charge? Well, the great actor joined us today to host the show! He took calls from listeners, discussed the news of the day, and reflected on his career and being a new parent.
We began the show with the topic of entertainment. We talked about reality shows, movies and more.
In our next hour, Baio talked about parenting, and the horrifying experience he went through when his daughter, Bailey falsely tested positive for a metabolic disorder known as "G-A 1". Baio said he discovered that other people are not so blessed and began the foundation Bailey Baio Angel Foundation, with his wife, to provide financial support to other families dealing with metabolic disorders.
Our last hour was about politics. Baio shared his thoughts on Nancy Pelosi, Sarah Palin, and discussed Obama's health care plan.
