Arnold Roth, whose daughter was killed in a terrorist attack in Jerusalem, gave his reactions to this week's speech by Netanyahu.

Roth is Founder and Chairperson of the Keren Malki Foundation, which enables families of special-needs children in Israel to receive home care and is a living memory to Malki, who dedicated her life to helping children with special needs, including her own sister, Roth's youngest, who is severely disabled.
