Darrell Issa, the incoming Chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, is making it his priority to investigate the stimulus money.
Issa, who told Rush Limbaugh that Obama is "one of the most corrupt Presidents in modern times," spoke to ABC's George Stephanopoulos last night, promising to find out what happened to the $700 billion in stimulus. See the whole clip.
