In our first hour, Dennis was joined by Debra Saunders, columnist for the San Francisco Chronicle, who discussed last night's Boxer-Fiorina debate. Then, in Hour 2, Hoover Institution Senior Fellow and author of "Dismantling America" and "The Housing Boom and Bust," Thomas Sowell, was on the show, talking about--among other things--the Supreme Court. In Hour 3, Dennis welcomed Discovery Channel's Mike Rowe who talked about the newest season of the popular show, "Dirty Jobs." Then BBQ chef Myron Mixon, from TLC's "Pitmasters," checked in to talk a little 'Cue.

All this talk about the money that has been spent on the wars. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't that money go to companies that make ammunition, weapons etc., and aren't those companies located in the US which employ Americans.? Defense spending accomplishes two things: Keeps our enemies in check and employs Americans. Jeff T.
